Warehouse Supervisor
We are looking for a warehouse supervisor with experience running daily storage operations and the ability to lead a field team effectively, keeping goods moving smoothly from receipt to storage to distribution.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision of storage and sorting operations
- Managing the field team and allocating tasks
- Monitoring stock reconciliation and periodic reporting
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Coordinating with the transport team on shipment scheduling
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in warehouse management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Able to work under pressure
